- How does the Bager process work?
- One studio handles both design and construction. We move through five phases — consultation, design, a fixed investment, the build, and a written warranty — with a single accountable lead from the first conversation to the final walkthrough.
- How long will my remodel take?
- It depends on scope, and we're honest about that up front. Before any work begins we set a schedule, and a dedicated project lead reports on a set cadence so you always know where things stand.
- Is the price fixed, or can it change mid-project?
- Your investment is fixed in a single written proposal covering scope, allowances and schedule. The number you approve is the number we build to. Changes happen only through a written change order you approve in advance — never a mid-project surprise.
- Do you offer a warranty?
- Yes. We close every project with a documented punch list, care guidance, and a written workmanship warranty.
- Do you offer financing?
- Yes. Through our Synchrony partnership we offer deferred-interest plans used as a planning tool, so you can build the full scope now and pay over time on terms you choose.
- What areas do you serve?
- Greater Houston — including Katy, Cypress, Tomball, The Woodlands, Sugar Land, Pearland, Richmond, Missouri City, River Oaks, West University and Bunker Hill Village. If your home is nearby, just ask.
- Are you licensed and insured?
- Yes — licensed and insured in Texas. Every project closes with a documented punch list and a written workmanship warranty.
- Do you work in English and Spanish?
- Both. From the first consultation to the final walkthrough, we work with you in English or Spanish — whichever feels most comfortable.
